Jim would occasionally complain about this $50K bump he was supposed to get and didn't for whatever reason at Infinity. A large portion of the barely paid staff at XM didn't appreciate it. Ben stupidly brought it up on-air, and nobody felt like having their last day that day. There were plenty of Jim-Shells too.
