The old school "dont sleep with a concussion" thing has been proven wrong. Sleeping helps the brain heal and fighting that natural process only causes more stress. Which in-turn can cause pain via headaches yatta yatta yatta . ... Also mustard applied to the surface of your skin right after a burn takes the pain right away. Crazy world we live in.
