More or less, you get a birthday up till you first become a teen, then just key ages like 16, 18, 20 and 21. He then said you're allowed one when you hit a new decade, but I wouldn't even allow that - you're a fucking adult. It's really just for kids, which makes sense for man-child pederast Nana.
