The DMAN remembers being a schoolboy and witnessing a dramatic overreaction by female teachers, or strange outbursts by male teachers, and thinking to himself... THIS is the person that's supposed to be in control of the room? So naturally The DBOY could be a real prick to a sassy teacher who was playing the fake tough guy act. One time a teacher tried to tell The DMAN that blood is blue in the veins.
Another science teacher didn't know that looking into a mirror behind you with a mirror in front of you would show you the back of your own head. He was literally counting on his fingers and rolling his eyes around trying to remember how mirrors work. So The DMAN has always felt superior to authority...
Have you ever yelled at your boss? The DMAN has been doing it for his entire work life, only when he knows for a fact that he's in the right, and they can't fight him. Even when The DBOY was a lowly pizza topping artist, he'd snap back at the boss and they wouldn't do shit about it. He makes sure to only "yell" at them in tone, and phrase it in a way that on paper would sound absurd for the boss to even put to paper to make a whole thing about it. But the look of "god damn it" in their eyes when they know they have to take the medicine and call The DMAN a prick in their minds is why he does it.
The satisfaction of letting them know they ain't all powerful or intimidating and we're really just glorified co-workers where one has better benefits. Especially when the boss is newer to the company and doesn't know enough to get by. Of course The DMAN only does this when his bosses are being retarded, or being scumbags about something petty. He typically just avoids bosses and only contacts them to brag or take credit for his grand achievements.
About a year and a half ago, The DMAN went for an autistic night stroll, and evidently walked by a crime in progress, for which he was chased down by a female cop, he could have literally ignored her, but he stopped walking and waited for her to run up to him as she out of breath demanded his ID. He argued with her for like 9 straight minutes about just taking a walk, not having ID, and not wanting to give his name, phone and address to her. In the middle of this debate, girl cop dropped the crime in progress, and started acting like not carrying an ID at 2am is a crime itself. Eventually she called a man cop over for backup, he played good cop and got The DMAN to calm down and just give his info so he could walk away. Of course he was lulled into this false security because they could have just pinned the crime on The DMAN. A true "no win" situation. If The DMAN was a passive PMAN, he would have just cooperated from the get-go.
