In some ways I feel bad for the guy. He had an unhealthy obsession with Howard. “Tell the bartender it’s for Dominic!”

For a divorce lawyer, he was incredibly stupid and reckless. He was arrested for stalking his ex wife and violating an order of protection against him. A little later, he tried extorting up to 200k from her by threatening to release unsavory information about her and her alleged boyfriend. He got arrested for larceny and aggravated harassment. Not long after that, he was arrested for shoplifting a lady’s purse from some fancy store, apparently for his new girlfriend. A few months later, he was arrested for attempting to choke said girlfriend.
And then there’s the financial issues. I know he got sued for some nonsense regarding the mortgage on his house in the mid-2000s, but I don’t know all the details. He skipped out on alimony payments to his ex wives. Then he got suspended from the bar around 2011 after multiple clients accused him of ripping them off. He attempted to avoid his suspension by claiming to retire but that was a lie. When one client accused him of ripping him off to the tune of almost a quarter million, Dominic, in an act of incredible stupidity, got on the phone and threatened a mafia hit on him. He claimed to be the grandson of Joseph Barbara, the guy who hosted the Apalachin meeting.
Add in all the boozing and pills he was hooked on, and his overeating (steak for 2 for 1) and I’m honestly surprised he’s still alive, pushing 80. Not sure when he officially got disbarred, but it’s been a while. Last I read was back in 2018, when he called some reporter trying to defend Trump regarding Michael Cohen, whom Dominic knew.
Regarding Stern, he pretty much dropped Dominic once all the accusations against him started pilling up. Apparently he was also hearing that Dominic was going around claiming to be “Howard Stern’s attorney” which he was not. Basically, much like KC, Cabbie, Artie, etc, he violated the “crazy” rule regarding the Stern show. Howard will use your crazy and unstable antics as material for the show, but once it gets out of control and starts seeping into the real world, he will drop you in an instant.
TL;DR, fat ginzo LI trash attorney gains some fame and self-destructs.

I’ve been looking into what happened to all the Stern show regulars and staffers that were on from the time I was listening (2003-2014ish). Some interesting stories but it’s clear that without the show, these people were nothing.

He’s hosting some internet radio last I saw. Doubt he makes much out of it. On his YouTube channel, which he hasn’t posted anything in over a year, 2 videos that stood out to me were 1, he’s still struggling with sobriety and 2, he and Stuttering John don’t like each other. A real shocker there.

I liked KC a lot, I still laugh about when he asked Howard if he thinks race horses are happy when they win. The stories of him having to travel with Beetlejuice for some bar gig and also be beetles handler (double pay) was great. Having to deal with Beetlejuice in public was always funny. Richard Christy also had all those great KC is gay songs that got him a job on the show.
