It's time to man up or shut up. I find you both to be middling to likable annoying people, and you won't find anyone more impartial. I will moderate, only interrupt to prevent talking over each other and going off topic, or if rules are broken.

You will be scored
1 point - assertion - how clear you are in what you state about the other.
2 points - reasoning - how well you express why you believe the things you state
4 points - evidence - how well you present information as to how you know these things

You will be deducted points for

well then; I'll also offer to host it. I could moderate fairly but comedicly with expert inflection, I could think of a perfect voice to do it in - I wouldn't break character & still moderate fairly.
