Its hilarious the outrageous lengths they went to. If I remember correctly, the thing that really caused us to settle down elsewhere was when they started permabanning every single account that posted in one of the subs. They cant just do that, but at that point they just made up the rules as they went along.

The funny thing is, that pfgtv.org is the ultimate weapon against reddit and it will always exist. We could pick back up where we left off if we felt like it

I used to get 7 or 14 day global bans here and there and i would just make a new acct and keep posting like nothing happened and stay on that alt for as long as it lasted. The other accts still worked when the ban expired so I had a handful of old alts I almost forgot about until I needed them to get around this or that ban. They always worked. I was surprised how lax they were tbh

somewhere around the time you're describing I got a sitewide suspension on my 'current' acct. who cares, just hop back on one of those years old dormant accts. They were way too old to have been linked directly by IP, but each one got perm sitewide banned at the same time. Unless they associated the IP I just used to log in to a 'banned' acct with all other account logon attempts from the same IP, they are clearly using browser fingerprinting or other techniques to identify you long term even past changes in IP/VPN
