I think my stomach is cutting off circulation to my legs

I'm concerned that my stomach is partially cutting off the circulation to my legs. I regularly get numbness/pins & needles in my legs, especially if sat for a long period or lay a particular way. Google doesn't really return anything useful for me. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar?

Background info: I am in my 30s, 5ft7 and around 340lbs, my BMI is in the 50s. Most of my weight is in my stomach which is an 'apron belly'. When stood it reaches my mid-thigh area. I have been referred to a weight management specialist and my first appointment is on Monday (this time). I have been seeing various specialists since I was 12 years old. I have PCOS and Insulin Resistance and have steadily continued to gain weight since being a child despite being very active, the only times I haven't is when I have been 'dieting' - I tried so many! The only success I ever had with weight loss was when I went keto/low carb and lost 7 stone (98lbs) but I sadly put it all back on over the last 6 years after stopping. I don't want bariatric surgery because of the associated risks, I'd much sooner try a GLP-1 medication in the first instance.

I am now significantly detrimentally impacted physically by my size. I can't sleep comfortably due to the size of my stomach, and I can't sit comfortably due to the pressure on my coccyx which is continuously inflamed. Any amount of physical exertion causes me pain, it's like my body is buckling underneath me. I also have ME which makes it almost impossible to exercise too - on a good day I can but if I do I'm then bed bound for the next week. I find it's more manageable for me to take painkillers and go for walks with rest breaks.

EDIT: Thank you everyone for all the responses! I will get back to everyone individually 😊

Just for a little more clarity, I thought I'd share more info on my symptoms and list my relevant conditions below and supplements I take. I recently had a full blood work-up and I am in the normal range for everything. I am under the care of my GP and specialist weight management team, I'll be asking for a referral to the cardiologist to be on the safe side. I am also hoping to be prescribed Mounjaro in the near future, too 🀞

Other symptoms:

  • One of my legs can swell significantly which causes pain (I had a D Dimer - no clot)
  • When walking my right arm, wrist and hand swell, go red and I lose sensation in them. My GP thought I had a trapped nerve in my neck.
Conditions:

  • Moderate ME (This can tip over to severe if I over exert. I am affected by PEM significantly so any HIT/vigorous exercise is not an option for me. I used to be extremely active every day and this is the most difficult thing for me to come to terms with).
  • Insulin resistance (prediabetic)
  • Sciatica (not currently flaring though, the pain I get is different to my general coccyx pain)
  • Coccyx pain (and a coccyx cushion for my office chair which helps a little, although I don't think it's built for a person of my size)
  • Sacroiliitis (not currently - again, different pain)
  • PCOS
Natural supplements I take regularly:

  • Multivitamins (multiple types of B, C, D, etc)
  • Magnesium oil
  • Omega 3 Oil
  • Electrolytes
  • Biotin
  • Zinc
  • Iron & Folic Acid
  • Collagen
  • CoQ10
  • NADH
