I googled him and got several way more famous people callled Joe Currie. The joke sucked so on a hunch I added TACS to the search and found him.

Joe Currie is the worst. Before Nana went full racist on Twitter, he would have Joe on the show once a year. Like a make a wish child. Once all Nana's former colleagues and friends stopped talking to him, Joe Currie was a real regular guest.

iirc he grew up with Joe and Anthony and was a talentless hanger-on both with stand up comedy and music. Here's some of his stand up, which is possibly the most boring and unfunny stand up you will ever see.
