In researching my role of Sal Bandini for cult movie Ready To Rumble I became quite the wrestling fan. I approached the WCW with the idea for a character crossover from the movie. They refused to pay me what I felt sufficient and instead they took on a little known at that point John Cena. He's a good kid but I don't need to explain how many of their management's poor decisions at that time led to the demise of the WCW.

Yeah same here. Always avoided watching it. Might have something to do with the fact that Burton hasn't made a decent movie since Ed Wood.
