1) Stop using 2 spaces after periods. This isn't 1965, and we're not using monospace typewriters.
2) Double-check usernames before mentioning them. @HitPiece is not @JoinHitPiece. This kind of lack of attention to detail is exactly why Serch is pretty much unhirable in any industry. Sure, he has a lot of knowledge and experience, but little things like this hurt credibility.
3) Accountability is only so meaningful when you attempt to appeal for sympathy in the same breath. No one cares that you "gave more than [you] got and lost more than [you] gave."
