My favorite part of this little exchange is how he leads with "you're being manipulated by cyberstalkers" like that's a thing people say casually to one another and would be immediately understood.

The Better Business Bureau isn't some agency run by the government that shuts down businesses. It's entirely independent and basically functions as a consumer rating system. Pat seems to think reporting to the BBB is a way to threaten someone, when it reality it's either you go the legal route and sue them or try reporting an offense higher up in the company, that's it. Threatening someone with the BBB is a Karen move and completely worthless as a threat
