I disagree. The guy was a mega talent in the fawkin eighties and nineties. Talented drummer and singer. And I liked the Phil Collins when he was on da OpieRadio show sniff (did Phil get bumped from Howard Stern or something? Opie Radio was probably not at the top of the list for 'media destinations')

He has aged like shit...guys 73 years old but looks more like 85. Is he a chronic Nana-level alcoholic or something?

Phil was an icon of the 80's. A rare mix of talent and charisma that people around the world responded to. All the imitators/replacements brought in absolutely  FAILED! Hate to see him kicked while he's down. sniff. Especially by a guy who tries to make out with crows.
I don't try to make out with them. I try to molest them.

There's a difference.

He was actually on Stern and came off way more likable than I wanted him to be, fawk he was talking about the band Dodgy. I've always pretty much hated his music but about 5 or 6 years ago "Easy Lover" was on the radio and I decided that that's a good song. Electric Six does it quite well.

Alright, say my name and I appear.

I love taking the piss out of Phil for you lads - but to disappoint some of you, Phil's a good man. I'm sure he's had his moments of being a cunt to a fan wanting a Tarzan doll signed or their first pressing of Brand X on vinyl, but if that's the case, I haven't heard those stories.

And yes, he's an incredible fucking drummer and his son is working his way to matching his old man. He should be very proud of his kids, cuz, well, the marriages didn't work (I can say this, I had a failed one too!!)

And really, Easy Lover is just a quality song.

He wasn't a Nana level alcoholic. He was a Matthew Perry level.
