He loved the movie theater (indoor rape space), tv studio (Fox News larp), karaoke bar (music larp), and the pool (outdoor rape space) with the dinosaur statue.

After wasting money on CM and paying off his simps/orbiters for years, he begrudgingly had to list it.

One day, a Jewish finance guy and his Middle Eastern wife walked through and saw all the childish nonsense that was a dealbreaker for everybody else.

“WTF is this bullshit? We have to gut this dump to make it livable. He’s asking for how much? LOL not happening, we’ll come in way under because this place is at least an 18 month project minimum.”

Anthony accepts their offer and sells it at a loss for inflated dollars during a real estate boom and eventually leaves the state. The neighbors probably threw a party because he was finally gone and will never step foot in the neighborhood again. They finally had normal neighbors.

It was so funny and detailed, he broke it up into multiple parts.

I used to rent down the street from the Jonbenet Ramsey house when it was for sale. We would always creep on the prospective buyers doing tours with their realtors.

This is Boulder, CO which was at the time like 99.9999% White or Jewish. The people who toured it were almost universally dot Indians and East Asians. Rich white folks had no interest, it seemed.
