SpeakingForFunny sums the situation up pretty quickly in this short little video. AFAIK it sounds like Shaub has SOMEWHAT of an argument against Saiynz and its still going to court. But now BentPixels is after a new channel called MegaDan. It has less than a thousand subs and barely anyone knows about it but sensitive bitch Brendan just cant let it go. On one hand i hate Kyles lispy queer ass so i hope he loses and they take everything he owns (nothing?) but on the other hand id like a better precedent set on "fair use" in regards to Jewtube so also i hope he wins. Its a tough one man. Im no lawyer, but MegaDans videos seem to be 100% protected by fair use from what ive seen. This whole Shaub thing is just making more and more channels pop up that make fun of him. Before we know it Shaub may be on the verge of Tomlinsoning himself into several lawsuits that get really expensive really quickly.
