Every time I listen to this clip I get annoyed hearing these three technological idiots have no idea why the guy paying to host their content and run the website for eight years might watermark the material. Norton's questioning is on par with him asking if and how they can get podcasting equipment into the studio. Steve was hosting video content for them in the early 2000s, which was revolutionary for the time.

Steve was one of the only staff members i liked, everyone on da show was an insecure faggot in one way or another and would jump on the weakest person there to direct attention from themselves, Sam being the main culprit. Listening to Patrice dissect Steve C being surrounded by a bunch of tiny fags making fun of him all day is great. In one of their fights, Daniel Ben Dovid-Ross referred to Steve as “buddy” and “Steven” while trying to prove his point through a war of words. If you could just grab a video and then throw it on your website for hits, why wouldn’t you? Watermarking back then was key because most people didn’t care about quality and it was much harder to get stolen videos pulled. Not like today on YouTube.

They were also kinda missing the point when he was talking about bringing in possible new listeners from the same demo. Norton thought that marketing the show to people that might like it was stupid, so hosting viral videos that could bring in potential new listeners via foundrymusic.com was pointless.
