She has no idea what's going on, but her liver seems to have survived. I assume she hasn't had a drink in years and has a decently healthy diet. I'm guessing she's more physically healthy than she's been since she was young. She'll probably live a long time now. But what do I fucking know?
Edit: I think I'd rather have my liver die than my brain though, so you're right. How well can she possibly be doing?
