Wrote this in another thread but may as well repost it here:

The new Menendez brothers show sucked. Law & Order tried to get in on the true crime miniseries some years back, they only did one season and it was the Menendez brothers and it was a hell of a lot better than this new one.
It's also really fucked up how much of the evidence and witnesses that confirmed they were raped by their father was left out only for the show to end with a text that says "They still claim they were molested by their father" as if they made it up.
The Law & Order miniseries had a much bigger focus on the trial, their shrink and his lunacy and their family taking sides on if they believe them or not. Pretty much all of that was left out of the new one.
