What would you get at The Capital Grille @ GSP?

I'd go for the pan-fried calamari with hot cherry peppers as the appetizer. Porcini-rubbed bone-in ribeye with balsamic sounds pfg as a main. I'm tempted to choose the sautéed spinach for a side. I'll pair it all with the 2022 Napa Valley Cabernet. Never had a California wine so I'm interested. I could go for the cheesecake, but I'm not a big dessert guy so I might skip it entirely depending on how dedicated I feel to the #Ruizing.

@chocolatehellhole, do they supply you with any COMP'D bread? Nothing better with steak than some bread to sop up the fluuuuids.

Id start with French onion soup. You find out a lot about what the rest of the meal is gonna be like when Onion soup is on the menu. Either the porcini rubbed ribeye or the dry aged Au Poivre for entree, with the Brussels sprouts. After dinner I'd want a Drambuie, I assume they have port but I didn't see it on the wine menu, I'd get Tawny if I could get it. No dessert, what am I five?

If we're doing lunch, lobster bisque and the tenderloin sliders. Dinner, lobster/crab cakes, beet and chevre salad, and either the tomahawk veal chop or the sea bass. Also an order of roasted mushrooms, and potatoes au gratin if I'm not dining alone.

What the fucking fuck??? How is the creamed spinach side THIRTY DOLLARS but the Lobster and Crab Cake only 26?!?!? Makes no sense unless they give you a 55 gallon drum of it.

Also, i never realized there were 1,000 Capital Grilles in Murica. Its a chain restaurant????
