As most of you might know, I discuss my love of cinema rather often. I go FAWKIN deep with Film Noir and 30's horror... Sniff
Well, Film Noir and early horrors roots go back to the German Expressionism of the 1920's. I've been slowly building up that collection, as Eureka here in Europe does some amazing works. Ever seen The Hands of Orlac? Just got that Blu Ray from the Masters of Cinema line, such atmosphere. And Conrad Veidt could do anything. He was Germany's Lon Chaney.
Any favorites of the German Expressionist Movement back there, Earl? Fucking starvin'!
