Every ounce of who “Jim” is, is stolen. It’s why Colin was so accurate when he said Chip is really who he is. Patrice may have said it first now that I think about it, but Col really hammered it home.

I'm thinking Bob Kelly actually stole Colin's persona first but it got little attention since he wasn't O&A's sidekick and then Jim who is gay for Bob adopted it like the plasmodium he is.

Keith Robinson obviously stole that from Colin too. And Colin was (and probably still is) his only white friend so he probably thought all white people talked like that.
Keith was a great foil and set-up man on Tough Crowd so I'm okay with his stealing that aspect of Colin's personality in retrospect plus it kept him from cooning for a few seconds.

Real Jimmy is "mean Jimmy", the pontificating (proportions) little shitdick who thinks he's gonna blindside you with intellect and leave you surprised that he's as insightful as he is. He did it bad on Tough Crowd too, but the books where he couldn't be humiliated in real time by one of his friends he's ripping off make it much more apparent.
