I prefer the taste of meat grilled over charcoal, even though propane is more convenient. Also, you can buy shitty propane grills for the same price as my premium weber kettle. Not sure what the $30 comment was about.

Cowboy Kent's beagle died a few months ago and every video I've seen pop up since is a sad tribute to the dog where he tears up.

I finally mastered some Italian-festival style Sositch and Peppers on the Weber. Dual zone cooking obviously to get the sausages to temp before charring them and using the disposable pan. Also a big fan of adding a glug of vinegar to the peppers along with the oil and a pinch of sugar.

I understand this is a reddit-type post, but there's nothing wrong with some wholesome content on the forums. What have the brothermen grilled this weekend?

Grilling is the shit. I use the lump charcoal, no briquettes ova here. Smash burgers taste best on a griddle over a fire.
I'm thinking about a Blackstone, and I may just have to go ahead and get one after reading this thread.
