Actually, you do. This is not up for debate.i dont care about any of that
I haven't seen Big Brother since Jade Goody was in it, the one who called Shilpa Shetty "Shilpa Poppadom" and later died of cancer.
Edit:
I've never seen the US version. How does it differ from the put ants in a jar and shake it formula of the UK version? That is the UK version which is a completely different format and show.
UK version is get people in a house and then have the public vote them out based on who they like. This was the format for season 1 of US but they completely revamped it in season 2. Now they get people in a house, every week there is a Head of Household competition. The winner gets certain privileges, pictures from home, MP3 player, their own room, bag of shit from the outside, etc.I've never seen the US version. But they also get the power to nominate two people to go on the block. After nominations, the HoH, the nominees and some of the other houseguests, chosen at random, compete in Veto.
The winner of the Veto has the power to pull someone off the block if they choose to. If they choose to do so then the HoH has to put up a replacement nominee, they can not put up the Veto winner.
After that, at the weekly live show, the houseguests, not the HoH or the nominees, all vote on who they want to leave. Person with most votes get evicted and a new HoH competition starts.
This leads to a lot blindsides, backstabbing, manipulation and cutthroat gameplay. It's a big brain game where you constantly have to make sure you're okay. It's super competitive and no one is ever truly safe. The public has nothing to do with it.
It's an amazing game.
Here are two moments from the show that I think captures the game very well.
The Canada version was much better, the UK far worse."the uk/Canada version of this show for fat women was much better than the US version" congratulations
