I think he lives in a shitty small Jersey shithole (you can hear his kids in the background whenever he does a vocaroo... not exactly the palace of Versailles) but took a Labor Day vacation with the family as most couples do and rented a mid-size airbnb.

Then, realizing it was nice and clean, took pictures with his stubby fingers and tried to claim it's his own. To bait Boq? That could very well be a part of it.

I didn't even notice all the mini-toiletries in the shower. There's no reason to have multiple mini-toiletries unless you're staying at a rental.
