You're mixing TSA with CBP. TSA screens everyone flying into the US at the departing airport (to stop terrorism).

CBP generally screens you when you land, unless you're at one of the 15 airports that has CBP preclearance (IIRC it's all the major airports in Canada, Abu Dabi in the UAE, the major airports in Ireland, and Nassau in the Bahamas).

So, only the flights from Canada in your list were you given preclearance. Since his transfer was in London, his first port of entry with CBP was LA.

I hope the reason the plane departed late was because they had to wait for all the normal passengers to board and get seated before he could be escorted on the plane by the agents who are escorting him back. I cam picture the looks on the faces of the other passengers as they see him being escorted wearing a beige jumpsuit and handcuffs. How humiliating it must have felt as walked down the aisle as mothers pulled their kids close to them while the cabin was filled with the sounds of whispers and snickers. Plus I think the reason he hasn't tweeted is because they won't give him his personal belongings till they turn him over the Nigerian government. The fact he was deported during Black History month for trying to go an awards show by the NAACP just proves that God is the original pest and us brotherman are truly doing the Lord's work.
