The ocean is fucking amazing. It's the biggest thing you can see clearly with the human eye. It's so humbling.

Yeah, well I’ve met a lot of Jews from Rockland and nearly without exception they were universally bad people

We all had to get hotels and I found New Yorkers extremely friendly and kind. One hotel told me they were out of rooms and instead of throwing me out on the street helped me find and book a room in a different hotel. (This would never happen in Toronto)

It's a true story. There were a bunch of Raptors fans going to an NBA game that had to miss it because of this and were furious.
I’m not doubting you. People from Queens are even worse than Brooklyn types. Almost nothing but ghettos (Astoria, LIC, Jamaica/South East end), obnoxious Indians, Irish people even more insane than actually from Ireland, etc.

Everyone I met was nice and super helpful. It could be cuz I'm Canadian and people like us, but I have literally 0 complaints about Flushing. I'd visit it for a vacation.

So I guess it’s just me then. I probably wouldn’t have thrown you out.

Really? Because I have a lot of complaints about Flushing. I’m glad you had a good time though.

It was actually beautiful despite obviously being in a flight path. I liked it a lot. To me it was wedged between Tokyo where everyone pretends you don't exist and Toronto where everyone wants to murder you. It was refreshing.
