First day of Lady Di’s internship. It’s interspersed over 3 hours of the show. I’ll simplify it so you don’t have to relisten:

It’s Di’s first day as an intern. Eventually Bobo calls in. They go “Why the fawwwk are you calling us?!” and Bobo explains THEY called him. Bobo informs them he’s outside the studio. “Why the fawwwk are you outside the studio?!?!” when they asked him to come. They hang up on him. Bobo calls again and says he’s in the lobby. “Why the fawwwk are you in the lobby?! Go away!” when they asked him to come in the lobby.

Erock runs in studio later and says “Uh guys we gotta bring Bobo up” and everyone gets mad at him. Opie says “We were gonna get Bobo up here and go Whoaaa how’d he get in the fawwkin studio when we didn’t ask him to! You ruined the fawwkin bit Erock!” so they make him sniff Di’s underwear as punishment.

I was already gone, so I don't remember this.

That said, is this "fake radio"? Or just Opie and Opie alone trying a stupid bit that doesn't go anywhere. I've seen you bring this up before. It really seems to bother you.

They were gaslighting Bobo to get a reaction from him. Everyone always takes this and the time Lady Di said they called her to mean that somehow only Opie was pulling strings and he was intentionally pretending to hate Bobo and Di to "look cool" or some other asshat Cumiapound Cel nonsense logic to attack Opie again.

Opie does things for a perfectly solid reason and they trip over themselves to misunderstand it.
