As some of you may know, I was an agent for a luxury cruise line in another life and am quite handy with deck plans. From the video just posted by @Torque’sHeadBump, I gather this is where they hid Joe for his session:
As you can see, this is not a "venue." It's a communal seating area where old folks can rest while trying to walk from the restaurants to the actual lounge. The bar is probably a 4-seater if that, so Moo has to busk outside against the wall to an audience of ten. You can even see in the YouTube video that some of them have their walkers parked next to their tables.
Joe's essentially blocking foot traffic in what should really be just a hallway between restaurants.
