Thanks homey. May give it a go. Its been like 95+ degrees lately and were installing a sprinkler system in a giant building with no a/c, no fans or anything so all the heat is just trapped inside. Killing me. Just pouring sweat from 6:00am til 4:30 every damn day. Been going through 12-15 bottles of water a day on top of a couple gatorades. Drinking so much water, i end up just throwing it up. Need something more hydrating so i dont need to drink so much liquid. Shit sounds like its just what i need.

I'll have an espresso shot every once in a while but it's very rare, maybe twice a year at most. A Pure leaf tea has almost the same amount of caffeine as a red bull so it's my usual go-to source for it or I'll be cheap and get a can of coke.

I think it will help brotherman. Its been 117 here and started in on this shit a few weeks ago and been going like “ hey the temp must have shifted” and I look at the thermometer and it says 112 yet I don’t feel like shit

I went grocery shopping like a fag and saw the ice pop flavor and was reminded of this thread. The hydration ice pop drink tastes just like an actual ice pop. I also bought the small energy drink ice pop flavor. Tastes like carbonated ass.
