Are any of the rock band games any good?

I'm done with GH and currently playing through RB. I had played Beatles Rock Band before and if you're a fan then that's a great game but some of the song choices are puzzling. Right now I'm playing RB2 and find it inferior to GH. GH had a much better UI, better song selection and it was a hell of a lot easier to navigate.

I'm not sure how you type that and not want to kill yourself immediately after.

Why? They're fun games.

Talking of From Software, I'm just wrapping up my 3rd playthrough of King's Field 4: The Ancient City.

Bloodborne is massively overrated due to being PS exclusive. It's where started making everything super fast and aggressive which ruined the pace of their later games for me. Elden Ring was just fucking boring. I've got to the end game 2 or 3 times after killing Maliketh and couldn't be bothered to finish, especially knowing the final boss is one of the worst things ever coded. They never surpassed Dark Souls 1 for world design and DS3 has the best bosses out of all their games (and it's not even close).

I've got Pseudoregalia lined up to play next.

Check out Lunacid and Devil Spire if you liked King's Field. Maybe Dread Delusion too.

I don’t like rhythm games (because I have none) but I’m fucking amazing at karaoke in the yakuza series due to grinding it so much.

a mate and I picked up one of the borderlands games so we could have summat to play together and it plays purtty good. only problem is the npc's are quite possibly the most insufferably written characters I've ever seen in a game, so anytime you're not shooting and looting is a complete and utter slog

You still haven't explained anything about why it's pathetic and why someone should kill themselves for playing it.
It's a fun video game, where the userbase is pretty much all adults, and you act like someone set fire to your mom over it. There's clearly something going on here.
Could you not afford it when you were younger? Did your brother not let you play his cop? Did you get bullied for playing it? Did your dad break a plastic guitar over your head?

I liked all the walking parts and planning that out but I dipped out after a while because I hated how every mission had to involve those sludgewhales and the shit that came with those. I just wanted to go on weird hikes with ladders and ropes in the mountains.

Those hematic grenades are a lifesaver if you get caught up by a group

I really dont understand the "Soulslike" admiration. They are fun, but not when you are on your 75th time. Feels like a job then.

Hollow Knight is really fun, and its a metrovadia (spelling) game. WWAWD 2D games?
