- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Funny thing is that everyone else he knows kept their same numbers. Haven't changed a thing. If you texted them, say, last month, you could text them tonight and it'd go straight to their phones.

Yeah it doesn't work anymore. Nikis is still the same one. But let me ask you two important questions
1. Have you ever thought about what's in saltwater that makes it undrinkable?
2. Has pat entered, for the lack of a better term, a sort of hotel California? Unless he has taken some sort of extraordinary measure (he hasn't seemed too Niki's number didn't change) his number will associate with him over time and will show up eventually. Even if I got hit by a bus after I posted this, someone somewhere will eventually find it again.
For the record, that person saying that was probably in a chat here im in, not there. AprilRains raped me in the summer of '96 and didn't stick around to start a family.
Their new lawyers probably noticed he obsessively, daily replied to and antagonized his trolls, and no one who's actually in fear for their lives would do that. Not to mention that phone number is allegedly linked to that "Torswats" kid.
Hopefully the Milwaukee City Attorney's office subpoenas his cell phone records and notes the suspicious timing of when he finally changed his number.
I don't know, it seems to all depend where you use it online I suppose. I've searched my name in those various websites and people searches and my cell has never come up, and I've had the same number for almost 20 years.
Maybe he didn't have a choice? The police could have seized it as part of the investigation into the fake swattings? Or the fake bomb threats? Or his lawyer told him the city's attorney is going to demand his phone and records as part of discovery in his fake lawsuit? I hope that's what it is.
If it's changed for the bnb business I'd assume simply booking a room would get the new number. But I don't know, I've never used Airbnb.
Can we know if he just didn't set it to block unknown numbers?

Phone company can put whatever they want as the caller ID I guess but it's more likely he just blocks texting apps with a call screening app as he should, evidently it's very effective.
He never even had to change his number. He just had to stop replying. Joe never changed his and the trolling has mostly subsided just from him not replying
