I agree that this will be a uneventful and disappointing(for pests) win for pat. They probably just want to wash their hands of this. Part of me agrees that they should have had a better way of answering the calls to his address after the 10th time but Im also not a cop and have no idea about their procedures.

I dont agree simply because them settling could (possibly?) set precedent for other loser retards who get their doors wrongly knocked on by the police to sue and win. But im not no lawyer…
