Lawyer funsters, if you can prove someone was cheating on reporting their income (which significantly changed from when court order was made) and a child turned 18 already (but you can prove his child support payments to that child, were based on a false income reporting) can he be forced to pay for retroactive deadbeat-ery? Will there be jail time?

The court order was in Minnesota, he took off to Florida where he now resides.

He currently has one daughter under 18, but I want justice for both his kids.
