Florida isn't even the worst anymore. It ranks surprisingly low in the lists I'm finding. Used to be terrible--I have family members who used to get ANY drug they wanted in the early 2010s from their doctors--but they really cracked down on the bogus scripts.

Alabama, West Virginia, Maine and New Hampshire are way up there, tho.
