It kind of ruled. The middle part on the plane is very strong. It gets a bit boring after that though.

I like it too. Need more films and shows set on a planes. I like Flightplan as well. Non-Stop was fun. There was a recent show called Hijack that was pretty good. And even more recently there was a show called Red Eye that was fun.

Yes, I saw it when it came out and I distinctly remember thinking the ending really let it down. The build up and middle section are great but then it just becomes goofy in the last half or so.

I'm surprised it worked at all, was even more surprised it was directed by Wes Craven but then he's also probably almost entirely the reason why it worked as well as it did. Did go a bit loopy at the end but it's the build up that was done so well. When Craven died McAdams twitter farted out a tweet acknowledging he was dead then linked to a list of her screen credits (all of them) and a literal cut and paste Hollywood bio - worst post ever (obviously done by her Agent/publicist who couldn't give a fuck and probably had zero clue who Craven was).
