It's not a pleasant drug, and I can't imagine anyone thinking it's fun. I've used it for allergies too, but only in extreme situations. It does work, though.

I only take citerizine now, not sure if I spelled it right, no drowsyness, no trippiness and far more effective. But for a while there, benadryl was all I could get.

I turn off all the lights, get into bed, and start watching a documentary, preferably historical. The main cause of insomnia is my mind going crazy thinking of a million things, if I start focusing on the Cold War or whatever Wyatt Earp was doing, 30-60 minutes pass and I gotta stop the episode because I'm ready to pass out.

I dealt with it a couple times and it fucking sucks. Constantly tired as fuck and all you want and need to do is go to sleep but you can't. Every time you manage to doze off for about 45 seconds, the slightest sound jolts you awake. Watch a movie and cry to an emotional music bed or any display of affection. Literally have dreams while you're awake.

I remember thinking it wouldn't really be a big deal when I was a kid but being extremely tired and not being able to sleep despite that being the only thing you want is fucking brutal.

My ex's friend was a retard who thought she was a witch and she'd do it all the time just for shits and giggles. I was on a ridiculous dose of that shit for a while and I had to stop taking it because I could literally sleep for like 22 hours on it and when I was awake it was like a groggy, getting up to piss in the middle of the night kind of awake.

The thing that concerns me is this happened to me before, on Jeju Island, and its a complicated story to tell, but after about 6 days I went to a fireworks show that didn't happen with all me closest friends. But none of them were there. And the photos I took were of an empty dock. It's the creepiest thing you can imagine.
