i don't even just mean illegals though. it's crime in general. like @Leonard Rhomberg said, you can get any guy (illegal or not) on their 4th DUI, they resist arrest, whatever, most of the charges get dropped and they get released on bond and wind up on their 5th DUI the next time and do it all over again for a 6th time. and as he also pointed out, it's not specifically DUIs, it's one crime out of many where this happens short of literally murdering someone
