What was the official HR Reason for Derek's firing ?

Also if your goal was to show Sam sucks, it just resulted in a series of promotions ending with him hosting the show. The fact he is the show host now for 8 years is still unbelievable

This was an all time backfire if that was the case. We're all being punished to this day and Sam got exactly what he wanted despite having no real on air talent

I've mentioned this a thousand times on here but my. 20 min commute used to line up exactly with Sam's pre show and I'm still pissed off about that to this day. Paying for Sirius to hear the bbbbbbboys live and they lazily hand over the reins to Sam roberts for part of their fucking show!

Then Opie goes “Wow this Sam kid is singlehandedly producing the show while Danny isn’t doing shit, Sams a real go getter!” and he gets his own radio show.

Danny is mad that his bet didn’t pay off. He hooked himself to Ant and Sam hooked himself to Opie.

When Danny acted like a cunt kicking his feet up at the bosses he expected Ant to defend him and stop his firing. He didn’t and caved like a pussy. Meanwhile the OPSTER gave Sam his radio gig.
