I don’t think he “blames” Sam for anything. Scorch took Sam in, taught him the ways of radio, and was rewarded with shitty snarky commentary and unprofessionalism. Scorch is actually loyal. He was loyal to OnA because they worked on bits together (he even gave them some of their best ones), and that’s how Sam repays him. Truly loyal people don’t forget a betrayal like that.
