- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

That interview was Howie gushing over Biden and not even asking any actual questions. It was as much of a puff piece as anything could be. Anthony would have attacked him no matter what but he's unintentionally objectively right here.
Stern only does gushing type soft interviews...there is absolutely NO value in watching a biden-stern interview, its basically an ad.
The thing is with Stern, I don't mind him as a senior citizen not throwing pieces of baloney on girl's asses. In a way, it would be just as stupid as what he does now. Shock jock schtick only works at a certain age, your grandpa doing it is just weird. Look at Anthony, would you say him doing what he does, which is the total opposite of modern Stern, is any cooler? You can age gracefully from a shock jock into something not as risque/perverted if you do it correctly. The problem is Stern's a hypocrite that censors his old shows and would admonish somebody doing the same stuff he did back in the 1990s now, and that his "interviews" are softball crap. If you want to be Dick Cavett because you're 70 years old and a 70 year old man having a 20 year old ride the sybian is weird, sure, whatever, but he's not even a real interviewer.

I’m so sick of hearing Sirius tell people Stern is this great interviewer - they’re all the same and nothing but ass kissing. Ever time he talks to an actor he still brings up the one movie he did over 30 years ago playing a “nice” version of himself. Biden doesnt do anything close to an actual interview since he’s an embarrassing old mess and his handlers have to work extra hard to hide it yet everyone knows it. Stern is the same as Jimmy Fallon who has been doing the same “oh my god! I can’t believe I’m talking to you! You’re the greatest ever!” For every guest since getting the Tonight Show.

He constantly asks them about their daddy issues, and always asks them retarded questions about their most popular tunes. The guy was pestering Robert Plant about Stairway, which he clearly did not want to talk about at all.
His interviews are a mix of ass kissing (when he’s given the correct notes of course) and making everything about their relationship with their parents. He also says “in a sense” a lot like it’s some kind of OCD twitch and will find anyway to shoe-horn his one movie role he played 30 years ago where he played a “nice” version of himself. I remember former fans making bingo cards for his interviews because they’re become so predictable. “So, in a sense - you would say your father was a major influence on your career? It’s a lot like when I did Private Parts and I worked with Betty Thomas”
I used to love when he would be telling them how he’s such a fan of them and completely get something major they’ve done wrong because he’s just reading what some staff members printed out notes. It happens when he tries to claim he’s a “huge” fan of current people like Post Malone, Billie Elish etc when his musical preferences stopped somewhere in the 70s. It would be obvious because he would be talking about what he was listening to over the weekend while painting or playing chess and try to throw in some current artist - like “oh I was painting and listening to some Neil Young, Jimi Hendrix - oh and Cardi B”
